Optimisation of sensor warm-up times

Hello,

I wonder if there is a fixed order in which the YDOC reads the data from different inputs (analog, SDI-12)? Is it related to the measurement or output list?

I want to use two analog inputs (A3 & A4). The sensors are powerd by the YDOC (12V, X4.1) and need 5 and 10s warm-up time for a stable signal. As they are powered at the same time, I could skip the 5s when the sensor with 10s is read first (or use only additional 5s instead of 10 when the 5s-sensor is read first). Would this work?

Remarks:

same logging intervall for all sensors (10 min)
SDI-12 sensors are conected and powered as well by the 12V from the YDOC (they also need „some“ seconds for the measurement)

what is the input impedance of the 0..10V analog inputs?

Why can I not use a higher ohmic voltage divider than suggested in the FAQ? I like to monitor my 12V battery that supplies my system.

YDOC Camera Image FTP upload problem

Hello,

We are testing a YDOC with a camera attached. It is taking an image
every 30mins and uploading to our ftp server. This has been working
correctly for the past few days, but yesterday it began to fail (at
image number 78).

The YDOC is uploading a file of 21504 bytes, but the local log shows
that the device is expecting a file size of 21507 bytes. We have tested
the image file with size 21504 bytes and it appears to be a valid file.

Please could you review the details and let us know if there is a file
size issue?

SDI12 sensor is sometimes missing measurement data.

Solution: Connect to the Data Logger Main menu and navigate to the “SDI12 sensor menu”.

Select option to add one or more “Wake up preambles”.

This will add some characters prior to the measure command.

The preamble(s) will give the sensor a possibility to sync. on the command characters that follow.
