Return a defective Data Logger

Q: How to return a defective data logger?

A: When our support department decides the data logger has to be examined for defects,

it can be returned. Do a RMA (or RGA) to your dealer or sent it directly to one of our departments.

T: Before sending, please check:

  • Only send the PCB. (Data Logger Mainboard). (Do NOT include housing, connectors,

screws and wiring). Put each PCB in its own anti-static bag.

  • To prevent problems with customs: Do a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA),

or Return Goods Authorization (RGA).

  • This is a part of the process of returning a product to receive a refund, replacement,

or repair during the product’s warranty period.

  • State clearly on the export document “RMA  PCB returned to factory for repair with no commercial value”.
  • Repair under warranty is free of charge. (Except the postage and customs costs).

(The support engineer will decide to return to which department, and you send the address details).
