Q: After a remote scheduled session, TCP terminal remains active
A: This behavior only affects to firmware versions V4.9B2 and V4.9B3.
Action is Required:
We strongly advise you to upgrade the affected versions to FW4.9B4 to prevent and resolve this issue.
Important Notice:
Do not upgrade the affected versions through a remote hands-on TCP terminal interface, the terminal may stall before completing the upgrade.
Instead, please perform the upgrade either these ways:
- Using ydocTerminal -> Tools -> Remote Firmware Upgrade
- Locally
