Q: Data Loggers using WiFi, are suddenly experiencing connection problems.
A: First, check if your WiFi AccessPoint is blocking outgoing traffic.
If not, check the WiFi module version.
In the Maintenance menu: -> Comport-Terminal -> OB Accessory port.
Now, the version of the WiFi module can be obtained with the AT command “AT+GMCR”.
If the module version is lower than V3.0x (as listed below), it might be a TLS issue.

Unfortunately, the WiFi module can’t be upgraded and has to be replaced by a module with a WiFi chip version 3.0x (or higher).
